MANDOLATO CUTTING MACHINE
The machine accepts wafer-coated or ostia-coated nodolato plates

OPERATION
Place the nodolato plates on a moving base horizontally and vertically. we choose the movements and the computer performs them. the machine first cuts strips of selected width by itself and then we place the strips on the moving plate to cut them to the desired length
At the exit there is a conveyor belt that receives the cut pieces and advances them to the packaging machine.
The cutting of the plates is done with a knife-disc, with the machine you are given three differently treated discs that are selected and manufactured according to your product.

Independent three-phase output conveyor drive motor with variable speed inverter to coordinate with packaging machine
Total horsepower 2.5 HP
The automatic movements of the cutter are made with pneumatic pistons controlled by the PLC
