The hot mass received from the mixer-baker is placed on the conveyor belt of the machine.
The forming section gradually advances the mass between 4 pairs of rollers adjusting the thickness of the sheet from 4 mm to 20 mm.
The cutting section transports and cuts the sheet first transversely with disk knives determining the width of the products.
The length of the products is determined electronically by the user with the guillotine knife, perpendicular to the sheet.
In the Pastello 2 and Pastello 3 models, after the cutting section, the products enter the refrigerator-tunnel to obtain the correct temperature, so that they are ready for packaging.
