The line produces, standardized in dimensions and weight, nut bars and cereal crops such as sesame, almond, hazelnut, peanut, sunflower seeds, connected with candy sugar or honey respectively, for the cereal bars, oats, dried fruits etc.. The warm mass is received by the mixer placed either in refrigerated table or directly to the conveyor belt of the machine.
The formative part gradually promotes mass in between 4 pairs of rollers by adjusting the sheet thickness from 4 to 20 mm.
The cutting department carries and cuts the sheet in one dimension with knife discs defining the width of the products. The length of the products is determined electronically by a user with the guillotine knife.
On models Pastello 2 & Pastello 3 the line includes a refrigerator tunnel to regulate the proper temperature for packaging.
